
Rita Abro was trained at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute where she became certified in the Living Foods Lifestyle.® She is a lawyer by trade and earned her law degree at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, graduating cum laude. She uses her law degree and her over decade of experience researching and analyzing some of the most sophisticated legal issues of our time to learn, write and share her research on health and food safety in the United States.
